We are a growing international IT services provider, specializing in cloud infrastructure, digital consulting, and cybersecurity solutions. Our clients include corporates, government entities, and tech firms, and we deliver tailored, high-impact digital transformation projects.

In the context of our expansion into the Moroccan market, we require a candidate with hands-on experience and established networks within the region to drive business development efforts effectively.

As Business Development , your role is to identify and secure new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and help establish our brand and service portfolio within Morocco's digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a sales and partnership strategy for the Moroccan market.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers across corporate, tech, and public sectors.
* Promote our IT service offerings with a focus on cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital consulting.
* Respond to RFPs, deliver tailored proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
* Collaborate closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs.
* Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking forums.
* Track and report on pipeline activity using CRM tools.
* Stay informed on local market trends, competition, and regulatory developments.

Profile

* 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or IT sales.
* Strong knowledge of the Moroccan B2B IT market and its key stakeholders.
* Fluent in French (Arabic is a plus).
* Solid understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity solutions, or digital consulting.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
