Job Mission

This role is pivotal in transforming ECCBC into a data-driven organization by building a Center of Excellence for Analytics. The mission is to design and implement a unified, best-in-class information ecosystem that empowers Commercial teams (HQ & BUs) with robust, actionable insights. By leveraging advanced analytics, big data, and AI, this position ensures ECCBC achieves sustainable and profitable growth through informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

* Act as the central hub for analytics excellence across the Group, defining unified standards, methodologies, and best practices.
* Prioritize use cases and scout emerging technologies and consulting partners to accelerate data-driven transformation.

Data Architecture & Governance

* Design and oversee modern data architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure) ensuring scalability and security.
* Guarantee “one single source of truth” for all commercial data assets across BUs.

Advanced Analytics & AI

* Define and supervise implementation of commercial use cases involving machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI.
* Translate business needs into advanced analytical solutions that drive topline growth, RGM optimization, execution excellence, and competitive advantage.

Capability Building

* Hire, mentor, and coach internal data professionals (Data Scientists, Data Engineers).
* Lead knowledge transfer initiatives to strengthen internal analytics capabilities and technical literacy across the organization.

Operational Excellence

* Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards for QBRs and other forums (Topline, RGM, Execution, SFE, Competitive).
* Perform quantitative analyses and modeling to support commercial decisions.

External Collaboration

* Draft technical briefs for third-party partners to develop additional Big Data and Advanced Analytics modules based on internal and external benchmarks.

* Proven experience in building and leading analytics teams and projects at scale.
* Strong technical depth to define standards, challenge external solutions, and mentor internal teams.
* Ability to bridge business needs with advanced analytics solutions, driving measurable impact.

Educational And Other Specific Training Requirements:

* Degree in Statistics, Maths, Computer Science or Engineering
* English & French VERY nice to have
* Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, ETL
* Project Management
* Business oriented
