The Moroccan Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (MCISE) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to finding entrepreneurial and innovative solutions to social challenges in Morocco. Founded in 2012 by a group of individuals passionate about social change, MCISE supports social entrepreneurs with transformative ideas that can benefit both Morocco and the global community. Our mission is to use the power of community development, advocacy, and research to support social creativity and entrepreneurship, empowering individuals and communities for a better world.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rabat for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of MCISE, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role includes managing financial risks, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead the finance team, coordinate with other departments, and support strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

* Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
* Experience in Financial Reporting and Compliance
* Risk Management and Financial Strategy development skills
* Leadership and Team Management experience
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
* Experience in the non-profit sector is beneficial
* Ability to work on-site in Rabat
