Job Title: Sales Head – Luxury Perfume Brand

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 20,000–25,000 (All inclusive)


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead our luxury perfume brand’s sales operations in the UAE and wider GCC region. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of the fragrance or cosmetics industry and a proven track record in driving growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market share.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
* Design and implement sales plans in line with brand objectives and targets.
* Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.


Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum 17 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the luxury fragrance or cosmetics industry.
* In-depth understanding of the GCC market.
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience in coaching and developing sales talent.
