Responsibilities


* Help small and medium businesses across Canada with their digital marketing solutions by making them more visible online
* Contact potential clients through cold-calling
* Acquire new business clients and develop existing clients’ portfolios
* Research potential business clients, study their profile and become familiar with their business activities and objectives
* Present most appropriate solutions tailored to your potential client’s needs (website, social media presence, search engine visibility, online directory visibility, etc.)
* Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service
* Provide a unique experience through the quality of your service delivery
* Act as an expert of our products and services

Qualifications


* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset
* Must be comfortable with cold-calling business prospects
* Must have a passion for sales and digital marketing
* Must have a passion for modern technologies, social media & the web
* Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
* Ability to organize, break down and clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a self-directed & autonomous way
* Customer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, computer environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Punctuality and respect for work schedules
