Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in the Tetouan Metropolitan Area. The Demi Chef De Partie will prepare and cook dishes according to set recipes and standards, assist in the management of kitchen operations, and ensure that food quality and hygiene standards are maintained. The role also includes collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop menus and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

* Technical culinary skills, including ingredient preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
* Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
* Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
* Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
* Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role
