Main Activities

* Execute operational process steps within ServiceNow.
* Provide end-user support via tickets, emails, Teams chat, or video calls.
* Create ad-hoc reports in ServiceNow.
* Perform simple data-oriented analyses.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including UAT execution.

Required Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of the SPM module (basics of Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Reporting).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Comfortable communicating directly with end users.
* Availability aligned with the Paris time zone (±1 hour).
