ASBIS is looking for Business Development Manager to drive the strategic growth of the Bang & Olufsen brand by identifying new business opportunities, expanding premium distribution channels, and establishing long-term partnerships in the high-end consumer electronics and luxury lifestyle segments.
Business Development Manager ensures brand positioning, revenue growth, and market presence through proactive business development, partner engagement, and execution of B&O’s global standards in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities across North-West Africa region
* Build relationships with developers, local interior designers, architects, and smart home integrators to drive referrals and specify B&O solutions in high-end projects
* Collaborate with 3rd party solution providers like Lutron, KNX, and control system partners to generate project-based leads
* Support stores in developing and executing clienteling strategies to grow the customer base and increase repeat sales
* Leverage CRM tools to activate dormant clients and segment-specific offers
* Support mono-brand and multi-brand partners in driving performance and elevating brand representation
* Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with B&O brand values
* Ensure partners adhere to brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Final responsibility for the sales growth in the assigned region
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within active sales of luxury solutions in North-West Africa region
* Familiarity with home automation, AV integration, or smart living solutions is a strong advantage
* Experience working with high-end brands or in a design-driven environment is highly desirable
* Proven track record of generating new business and developing strategic partnerships
* Strong understanding of channel development, distribution models, and retail operations in the premium segment
* Ability to build and execute commercial strategies tailored to luxury market dynamics
* Proven knowledge of the local market
* Fluent in English, Arabic & French
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Passion for design, technology, and premium lifestyle experiences
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
* Willingness to travel as needed for partner visits, events, and market development
