We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Morocco. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational and analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and proven expertise in billing and accounts receivable. You will play a critical role in managing the full billing cycle, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring process optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the complete billing cycle, encompassing project creation to invoice generation.
* Maintain meticulous records of all billing-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies, implementing corrective actions promptly and efficiently.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes.
* Develop and maintain accurate project codes, ensuring proper allocation of costs and resources.
* Effectively manage contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
* Prepare comprehensive billing reports and analyses, providing valuable insights to management.
* Participate actively in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the optimization of billing operations.

Compétences et expérience requises

Key Qualifications

* College degree or Bachelor Degree
* Bilingual ( English and French )
* 5 years of demonstrable experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
* Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Familiarity with billing and AR methodologies; experience with SAP is a plus.
* Experience with BABS or internal billing systems is an asset.
* A dynamic and positive personality with a strong team spirit.
