Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in London. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining records, organizing meetings, preparing correspondence, and providing general support to executives and team members.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication
* Experience with Clerical Tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
