Qualifications:
* University degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineer (could be generalist degree as economist)
* Deep sales experience in industrial / distribution organization
* Knowledge in plastic application
* Customer service focused & sales skills
* Ready to work on home office base
* Good English language skills
* Communication skills
* Mature personality
* Readiness to travel within the area.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the sales and technical service for the assigned and new customers in the assigned field. Offering custom made solutions to the customers
* Improve and develop our polymers sales in the area.
* Implement the commercial strategy in relation with the Distribution Plastics products and applications
* Design efficient customer visit planning according to client mapping and potentials.
* Close cooperation with our customers to increase customer service’s adding value, improving client’s expectations and results.
* Anticipate the needs of our customers find and report market’s holes by analyzing the competition and trends towards the assigned region.
* Discussion about pricing of our products by application and field in the market under sales segment manager orientation.
* Report to his manager about any possible change, variation, or incident in the customers or market.
* Deep coordination with the rest of the team, PM, finance, etc.
* Assist to any sales meetings or training programmed or scheduled by the segment or the company.
